These Terms & Conditions apply to the jljlee platform and all its services, website, and mobile applications. jljlee is an online betting platform providing Sports Betting and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh and beyond.

• Any changes to account details must be reported to jljlee immediately
• The account may only be used for personal entertainment purposes

Jljlee services are available to users aged 18 and above only. All users must confirm their age at the time of registration. jljlee may request relevant documents for age and identity verification at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, jljlee may request the following documents:

• National ID (NID) or passport photo
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Screenshot or document verifying the payment method

Jljlee reserves the right to delay or suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

Jljlee currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum depends on your chosen payment method.

Important information regarding deposits:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes
• Deposits made in a third party's name are not accepted
• Deposited funds will first be applied toward meeting the wagering requirements of any active bonus
• There are no hidden charges on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees
• Deposits cannot be directly refunded once credited to the platform

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from jljlee. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies — this varies depending on your account tier

General betting rules:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once a match has started (except for live bets)

• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded
• In a Draw No Bet market, your stake will be refunded if the match ends in a draw
• If a match is rescheduled and does not start within 48 hours, the bet will be voided

General Bonus Terms:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jljlee. Any violation will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's credentials
• Attempts to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Bonus arbitrage or manipulation of bonus systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Harassing or threatening other users

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Jljlee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for the following reasons:

• Failure to complete verification or providing false information
• Access from a restricted country or region
• Self-Exclusion Request
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

If an account is terminated, verified withdrawal requests may still be processed. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.
